About 60 years ago, my brother brought home a book about the amazing things one could see by looking up at the night sky. I liked it so well that astronomy has been part of my life ever since.
My astronomy blog is called Real Simple Astronomy, because it serves readers who like to look at the skies for enjoyment. Some posts will cover the science of astronomy, but they won’t get into the deep stuff. The work of Albert Einstein and Steven Hawking is of tremendous importance, but won’t be discussed here.
